Is lowest honest price legit

Hello everybody! I had the weirdest glitch yesterday and it honestly scared me a bit. I use Win11, and as I was playing on my pc yesterday I started to hear some weird beeping noise. 1-3 in a row, then stopped for a while. I googled what could be it, then told my sister, switched off the pc and went to sleep. Today, when I was working I hear from the speaker "My pc does this weird beeping noise, and I don't know what is it" as I say it to my sister. Then the beeping started.
My mic was plugged in, that's how it picked up my voice yesterday. I ran a quick virus scan, but it didn't show anything. What could it be? Some weird mic malfunction with scary timing? Or some virus?
I use mods in my games so theoretically I could have download something bad.

I think d4 has missed the mark on a massive aspect of modern multiplayer games. Teamwork. There is literally nothing beneficial about running with your friends. There's no combos, no group positioning, no healing or tanking or teamwork. It's just everyone doing different aoe damage and running around on their own.
It's honestly a huge disappointment in what could've been an amazing group experience. Imagine if you had to work together, or have roles, or have combos to set eachother up? It's borderline a detriment to play anything but solo because you don't get to play the whole game as others are off clearing their own rooms. Dropping loot for you they can't even see to tell you to come get. It'd be the best game of all time if there were combos and important teamwork aspects, but without it, it's honestly kind of lame to play with other people.
Thoughts?

Behavior getting worse across all grade levels. Is this just in my area/state? Please tell me I’m not alone, but at the same time please tell me there is hope. 😅 These kids do not care about their teachers, or anyone. Building student relationships is harder. I’m honestly not convinced that COVID is fully to blame. My kids this year only missed a few weeks, and they are exponentially worse than my group who missed an entire year and then some. I have a great admin and amazing team, but I still feel so hopeless. I’ve tried every avenue, taken classes on class management in my own time and from my own wallet. I’m so tired of having the Sunday scaries every week. At the same time, I absolutely refuse to leave on a bad note. I really do count the small victories but I’m always beating myself up about things that I truly believe are out of my control. I hurt so much for my handful of students who want to be in my class and like to learn. They are suffering from the majority. Should I just accept that this is how things are now? Is counting the small victories how I’ll be fulfilled? I’m wondering how I can change my mindset to feel better about what I’m doing for the kids who actually care. Does anyone have any tips? Maybe I’m just trying too hard to be a hero.

I (31M) have been on three dates so far with a girl (35F), the dates were great and we also talk a lot in-between. We already talked about it and we both agree we have very good potential for something long-term and we both have aligned goals of starting a family. There is one thing that worries me and I'm not sure how to approach it.
Our socio-economic backgrounds and current status are quite different. I have a successful career which took me a while to cultivate, I earn enough to comfortably support me and my family without them needing to work. But, I don't want a person completely dependent on me financially, I don't think its healthy for a relationship and the person itself in the long term.
She on the other hand has learning disabilities so she didn't really finish school and most of the time worked odd jobs. She is very creative though, she tried many different things ranging from singing to photography, writing songs and books but it didn't really seem to go well so far.
She currently has no job and has moved back with her parents to help take care of them as they are quite old. Her only income is some money she is receiving from the government which is not much. I think you may know where I'm leading with this, I'm worried (and some of my family members raised a flag too) that she is "in it for the money". Although it does seem like she genuinely likes me, but I fear there is a hidden agenda.
I'm a big believer in honest communication as early as possible in a relationship, so if we are incompatible we won't waste each others time and break it off. I'd like to somehow confront her about this subject, something in the area of : "What's your careejob plans for the future?" to start off the conversation. But, now i'm having second thoughts of maybe it's too early to talk about it because I don't want to scare her off.
P.S So far we didn't discuss money much at all, she always offered to pay when we were out and didn't ask for anything so far.

I don't play competitive therefore I am getting q-d with all sorts of enemies. You can legit play against a radiant in one match and iron in the next. The aim difference is huge. I'd say I'm somewhere average. Dia and higher players are mainly a challenge for me. So how do I get my aim better? 😅

Literally about 30 minutes ago or so, something perhaps eerie just happened and I am not sure if it was just a big time coincidence or ‘something’ more. First off, my wife and I have been laying here in our room talking, reminiscing about a few years past back to when we had first met.
During that, we started talking about my mom whom has since passed away. Now, my wife can see and hear (spirits, shadows, etc.) and she was telling me again about dreams that she had about my mom back about almost 5 years now, just prior to when we first met officially. In fact, her having these dreams would turn out to be the reason we first got introduced to one another when she agreed to sit down with me and tell me about them.
Well, there was one dream that she had about my mom that she hadn’t told me about until just now. And while we were talking about that one, out of nowhere on it’s own, our lamp light by our bed started dimming on its own and ended up dimming to a real low level. It’s a smart lightbulb that we have that normally we can control through an app on our phones. And just out of nowhere it dimmed on us. I only noticed it dimming down once (the last and lowest one) but my wife saw it dim down 3 times one right after the other.
Do y’all think it could have been ‘something’ or was it maybe just a malfunction in the light and this was no more than just a mere coincidence.?
(Bare in mind, my mom has been passed on for going on 26 years coming up this year now)

Since I missed this title on PS VR1, I was pretty hyped seeing this game get a PS VR2 remaster. But the lack of information is concerning. This "Championship Edition" is the exclusive new version for PS VR2.
Basically all we have so far is a single trailer and a PS Blog article. But those are over a month old now and the game is being released next week on on April 4, 2023! Even on the developers official website this "Championship" version of the game is absent, as if it doesn't exist. Only the 2018 PS VR1 version can be found there.
There is only one video I found that shows off-screen gameplay footage proving this game is in a playable state, but other than that I don't hear or see a peep about this game.

The PS VR2 "Championship Edition" is Priced at:

• $39.99 for the Standard edition
• $49.99 for the Deluxe Edition, which comes with 22 Additional "Glow" Costumes.

But as far as I can tell no details have been given what to expect of these "Glow" Costumes or how they look. Since you play this game in first person, I'm wondering if you would even be able to notice a different costume while playing.
The game also has a Time Exclusive "Adonis Creed" costume for the people who pre-order this game.
I'm interested in this title, but the lack of information is killing my hype and making it a real hard sell for me to place a pre-order at the moment, especially after what we saw happen with Switchback VR.
Also, the movie Creed 3 is doing pretty good in the box office so I don't understand why they won't promote this game to piggyback on the success of that movie.
Note:
I do know that there is a feud between Sylvester Stallone and the director of Creed 3 for "stealing" the rights to the Rocky character. That's the reasons why his character isn't mentioned in the entire movie. Since the character Rocky is featured in the game, could that possibly tie in some legal issue that prohibits promotion for this game under the name "Creed" while including the Rocky character?

i have a standard FDM printer (Anycubic i3 Mega) and recently changed the nozzle to 0.2mm since i wanted to do some small parts. Works great, but of course larger prints take forever now.
Since i dont want to change the nozzle everytime, and since the thing is basically running all the time, im thinking about getting another printer. This one could be specialized for small parts and i could switch to a larger nozzle on my old printer again.
Im looking forward for any tips!
Top-Priorities:

• Very good overall dimensional accuracy (ideally ~ 0.1mm or better)
• Very good reproduction of fine detail (in the range of 0.1mm)
• Can deal with wall thickness <1mm

Secondary Priorities

• Price - midrange price is ok, maybe up to 500.
• Strong parts - ill print gears, mounts and similar stuff
• No resin printer - i just dont like having to deal with messy and toxic chemicals. Also I dont have a well ventilated space available all the time, although building an enclosure with a filter might be an option.
• Not much postprocessing required per part

Not a priority:

• Model size - the small parts would usually fit inside a cube with <3cm edges
• Printing speed - i would use it exclusively for small parts, its ok if they take a while
• Simple setup

Hi everyone! I am at Sabah so the law might be different here compare to Semenanjung and Sarawak.
My husband and I just moved in to a condominium here in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah and we've signed a tenancy agreement earlier this month.
The agreement was signed, I've transferred the deposit balance which includes security and utility deposits.
The problem we have right now is that the agent for this place that we're renting just texted my husband stating the landlord wanted to add more rules into the tenancy agreement. One of them being "owner can come unannounced into the unit" which I think is really ridiculous. Tenancy agreement was not stamped either after we signed because again according to the agent (idk why the landlord wanted to chat the agent and then send the message to my husband instead of being an adult and directly text him), the owner went back to Johor Bahru and wanted to hold the stamping.
The owner came back from JB and texted my husband that he'll send the TV (because the unit does not come with a TV) and will see us in the evening.
Surprise, surprise, he did not come with the TV. I was not at home at that time and only him and the owner (father of the landlord BTW) were in the house. He came in and my husband thought we'll be getting a TV but no, he was just there to chit chat. And the chit chat involves asking why we wanted to make the other 2 rooms into office, are we going to bring clients in and put workers in here?
This was funny because clearly he doesn't know work from home is a thing. We wanted to make the extra rooms into home office for each of us. Not some scam call centre.
He also asks what our jobs are (both of us are in tech) which he didn't get the answer from the agent, so he came in to asks directly. This entire discussion honestly could've been a WhatsApp message.
3 days later, the agent texted the extra rules that the owner wants to put into the tenancy contract. All were stupid but the stupidest of all were "owner can come unannounced to the unit at any time".
I think it all started when we moved the extra beds from the 2 bedrooms into my mother's unit for storage on our second day here at the rental place. The owner found out and commanded us to return it to the original place. We explicitly said that we do not want the extra beds during the tenancy signing but his response at that time were a shrug. He said "those beds were bought by my sons and I don't want any damage on them". If you use a mattress every day for year, will it not have wear and tear over time?
Anyways, we do not agree to the new rules and we put our final barrel of patience and asks him to talk about this over some cha (owner is Sikh). I personally think it's highly inappropriate for an adult male to come to the unit unannounced especially when I'm alone at that time. As a woman, this world is scary enough. I have to protect myself while a selfish, insecure, man child like this owner can do whatever he wants.
If the owner insisted on pushing the stupid rules, we'll get a lawyer. But I'm still thinking whether the unstamped tenancy agreement is legally bind because I don't want to involve the law and the law skew towards people like these.

Before you fall off a cliff into this polarizing topic, so much so everyone has been in their own silo since before Lamar notified the Ravens March 2nd he wants a trade, I wanted to give some perspective on what I’ve seen from both because I feel like most are missing a few key takeaways regarding the Lamar & Jared debate:
First and foremost throughout their own careers and play styles so far Lamar Jackson IS and WILL be the better QB - stats, situationally, and talent wise. That’s already been proven. There is no argument, but what people want to focus on saying “Goff had the better year,” he did, also Lamar was hurt. Historically Lamar however is a NFL MVP and also historically Goff led the Rams to a Super Bowl however you cannot tell me in good faith that it was on Goff’s shoulders that got them there and more that the Rams DST and run game is what made them great that year. The Rams made Goff great putting him in situations to succeed. Also you cannot tell me it’s Goff that led the Lions being the sole reason the Lions ended the season the way they did, that was a team effort shoring up holes and making less mistakes on a young team. Lamar on the other hand has led a Ravens team to the playoffs 3 seasons. Lamar also has yet to win a playoff game, but has he had the weapons to do it or make a run? Not really, not that I can see so we’ll never know as his time there seems very much over soon.
Second Goff did come back from 1-6 to lead the Lions to their best finish in 5 years down the stretch (8-2), that’s saying a lot under pressure. Goff under pressure has had issues most of his career, it’s nice to see him turn it around but please understand there is and will continue to be moments where Goff shows inconsistency, especially under pressure and makes bad decisions. He pays for that more then most QBs in his class, regardless of wild plays, or other players bailing him out of plays, the point is he who he is and also the same QB that in the same season led the team to 1-6 and I remember the critiques about Goff were the same as the year previous. It wasn’t looking good for Goff before that turning point this season. That’s the NFL we live in, what have you done for me lately, and both players have positive and negative critiques short and semi-long term.
If you weigh the factors it’s in the Lions best interests to kick the tires on what it take to get Lamar Jackson to Detroit. With the Ravens drama and tag his value probably won’t be lower then it is now. A serious offer worth asking price in my eyes is Pick 18, Pick 55, Goff & and 2024 1st. This is also with the caveat Lamar does not want fully guaranteed money on a team friendly deal so we can maintain talent around him for years to come. Which I think Lamar wants but not what the Ravens want at the end of the day. Otherwise you roll with Goff as the asking price is too high. To me it’s really that simple. Should the Lions trade for Lamar Jackson, yes they should try but probably not work out, as I see another team going ham to get him, but it’s important to at least see what it would take.
This coach speak, kool-aid sippin BS about “that’s our QB,” yada yada means nothing to anyone, this is a business of what have you done for me lately. Brad Holmes has done a great job of evaluating the needs of this team this offseason, he needs to evaluate this opportunity. They don’t come around often.
