I've been eating at CFA since before the first stand alone drive through on North Druid Hills Rd in Atlanta. Living in Atlanta I'm surrounded.by MANY locations and have had more experience than most with the company.
While food mistakes have been uncommon, I do not remember management taking back food I have already handled and forcing me to take a newly made item in the past. In this case I was just missing pepperjack cheese that had been ordered on a spicy sandwich. The chicken was large and sandwich looked great otherwise. Management made me give back the incorrect sandwich I was holding (I asked really?) and handed me a new sandwich which was much smaller and cooked harder. I really just wanted my slice of cheese and nothing more. The manager seemed quite rude and loud about chastising the girl in the kitchen too while making fun of the fact that I had maxed out pickles(5).
Is it standard practice to completely remake food and waste the original, throw the incorrect away?
I've had negative feelings towards this manager's style before(gruff) and that she brings her child to work(daily) which can often be found running through the dining room, behind the counter, or playing loud disruptive video games in the dining room. She recently moved from a location that I avoided because of this situation to a store.that I've preferred because it was newer and without this situation.. It will be a while before I return this time, the whole situation didn't feel like CFA quality and what I've come to expect over the years.

After several years, the Eastern Europe Rework is complete, as the release of the Ukraine rework signals the end of an era for Kaiserreich. We learned a lot from the development process, with the Eastern Europe Rework being released incrementally, unlike the single large update that gave much of the China rework. With each successive release, we try our best to reach new heights with the mod, and to build on the work that was done beforehand, and both of these aims particularly apply to the Eastern Europe Rework. Our efforts remain ongoing on the reworks of all European majors, and the team members who worked on Ukraine have already moved on to work on Russia, Spain and Austria-Hungary. But for now, we are pleased to bring you our latest release, and we hope you enjoy it!

• Updated the format of the Country Selection screen.

My mom went to the UDF on Mason Montgomery Rd and the cashier was extremely rude. I called my mom to ask for a milkshake so she had me on the phone. My mom is an immigrant and has an accent so right from the start the cashier was aggressive and started going on about how she couldn’t understand her. She even mocked her accent. When she got my mom’s order wrong she yelled at her saying why she didn’t correct her in the first place even though she didn’t take the time to listen to her. She then aggressively threw the shake into the trash can and proceeded to insult my mother’s accent while yelling. My mom decided to walk out and leave because she couldn’t take the disrespect she was receiving. Who can I contact about this and what should I do in this situation? My mom and I feel completely humiliated and discriminated against.

- Restored Lone Star’s Hand Warband path’s previously incomplete Legion events and decisions. The additions from this include access to a small number of wargoals, a modest branching chain of new events and decisions for marching to Castra Sol Rubrum, the alternate ability to join Lanius’s Horde should Lanius form the Eastern Legion and the choice to serve as a subject rather than being annexed into Lanius or the Legion proper should Lanius be alive and loyal to Caesar.
